Thalia, Muse of comedy, brings the joy. A strapless sheath is fitted close to the figure, with a ruched empire-line bodice that lifts the waist and lace appliqués that trail down over the hip, and the skirt settles into a puddle train.
From the shoulders falls a detachable Watteau train of sheer tulle, cathedral length, to catch the breeze; unhook it after the ceremony and the sheath is ready for the party.
